These terms apply when you use displaystrend.com or place an order with Displays Trend (“we”, “us”). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.
Using our website
You may use this website to browse and buy products for your own personal use. You agree not to misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, placing fake orders or copying its content for commercial use.
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours and packaging can look slightly different on different screens, and suppliers sometimes update packaging without notice. If a product you receive is clearly different from its description, our Refund and Returns Policy applies.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will let you know and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The delivery fee is shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid. We will always tell you if this happens.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order; it is not yet an acceptance. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it.
For cash on delivery orders, we may call or message you to confirm your order and address before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, we may hold or cancel the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the delivery details are incomplete, or if the product is unavailable. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
Payment
You can pay by:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer
- JazzCash or Easypaisa
- Debit or credit card
Prepaid orders are dispatched once your payment has been received and confirmed. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. A flat delivery fee of Rs 250 applies to each order and is shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, public holidays, courier delays and remote locations can sometimes add a few days. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as the courier will use them to reach you.
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns and refunds
You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Warranty
Some products come with a warranty from the manufacturer or supplier. Where this applies, the warranty period is shown on the product page. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water or normal wear and tear.
Our content
The text, design, logos and images on this website belong to Displays Trend or the brands we work with. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law of Pakistan.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
